I think the print is from the 1930's or 40's. The hanger has a patent number that i looked up and dated early 1930's
I can't seem to make out the printing on the lower left.
    Any help appreciated as always.

It's the signature (in Latin) of the artist: Andrea Solari.

Thank you very much. When I looked him up I saw this painting. (Virgin of the green cushion)

Mikey: this reminds me of a trip my MIL and I took to the Met one year. Somehow we ended up in the 'very early religious breastfeeding Madonnas" room. Along about the sixth one, MIL, in her Very carrying voice, said, "My goodness, don't these painters know anything about anatomy?? That bosom is growing out of her collarbone!"

Every place that tries to tell mothers to go breastfeed in the (usually dirty) bathroom, should be required to hang a copy of this on their wall up front.
