Herbert Dicksee

Anyone like Herbert Dicksee etchings ? I’ve been collecting them for a few years .

Sorry, that's Frank Dicksee. Herbert was his uncle. Frank's father, Thomas, was also a painter.

 

Marvelous work.

 

Too many to show them all

 

Apparently I got the relationships confused. A family of artists. John and Thomas were brothers. Frank was the son of Thomas, Herbert the son of John, so Herbert and Frank were cousins. Frank had a sister, Margaret, also a painter.

 

Lol it is confusing , they were a gifted family of artists.
