Just to add , there is a signature of HERMANN RUDDISHUH at the bottom.

 

Arthur Fox used many pseudonyms to sign his works. Apparently he had nephews that were producing works that were also using pseudonyms. I admire the prints and have bid on a few but it is not an area that I have a lot of in depth insight into.
