    Yours appears to be a decorative painting, rather than a work of fine art (in which case the name of the "artist" is unimportant.) Would/could you post a photograph of the back including the frame please? And close-up photographs of any stickers, labels or handwritten notations? Your painting is a landscape. The subject is, of course, a romanticized Germanic village on a stream with church tower, watch tower, and half-timbered buildings including a mill.
