Hi ! Question re: the name of a glass decorating technique or style

    I think there's a name for this and I think I knew it once...anyway, the decorative rim does not seem to be a layer of metal as near as I can tell. Perhaps a metallic enamel ? The look of the underside suggests some sort of glue. Does this method of glass decoration have a name ? TIA 20190220_081559.jpg 20190220_081031.jpg

    If it's Silver, it would be Silver Deposit, done by electroplating.

    It hasn't tarnished and it doesn't polish so - not silver (?).
