High art Crystal bowl made in Poland

    The frosted stars are not etched, they are cut and left unpolished. The rest of it looks pressed. This is probably fairly modern giftware, pressed glass has a higher tariff, makers do a little cutting so it can be imported as "cut glass" at a lower rate.
