Hoping for an ID of silver mark on brooch

    Good day to all...just found this forum, tons of info to go through!
    I have this sterling brooch with dragons, and was wondering if anyone recognizes the mark on back side...it looks like either sideways jellyfish, or a C with waves? not sure, I have been searching for hours and turning up nothing...any ideas? thanks in advance!
