    Or just a funky spelling (backwards E at end) of W. Feine?
    It's a pleasant painting... engaging perspective... sentimental portrait of the ol' adobe hacienda.

    I'm trying them all the only one I got a hit on as far as being a last name is Feine but no artists that I can find by that name... Do you guys think maybe since there is a 3 crossings that the first name could begin with a T and the artist combined the 2 ?

    And it looks sorta like a lot of the phone poles out there, which might have appealed to the artist...
