    Hi all,

Need some help namimg this type of art painting so i can do mu research about it to help out a friend. She had it since the early 80s and bought it in the UK. She told me it is a ceramic tile? But having troubles finding similair art. It is some kind of hard clay type i guess, but doenst like the ceramics i have seen before? Looks like it was fired in a kiln and than dripped with colors or powder and than maybe glazed. Anybody here knows how they call this type of art?

Don't think that would be considerd a "painting" per se as it appears to be a framed ceramic panel.

Think you’re safest selling it as a framed ceramic art tile (which it is) and staying away from guessing at process.
