    It is actually a cigarette lighter made to look like a Chinese Dragon teapot.

    It looks about the age of those pencil sharpener thingies. Refillable too. So 1970s?

    :D I have cats - poorly behaved cats. Nothing on fire in my house. Even my rocks are in case. :D

    Cigarette boxes are cat-proof. They're often fairly heavy and haven't any flames to knock over. I like tobacco holders just fine, as long as they contain no tobacco.
