How old is this lamp?

Hard saying. Pretty basic industrial design that could have been made for a lot of years. The pan-head phillips screw seen and the type of cord used makes me think 60s or later.

Some of those electrical parts may be newer, can't see the plug but that isn't indicative necessarily but I'd say could be as old as 40s.
Does it have what is know as a 'Mogul' socket or smaller?
