    From the clothing on her it appears to be 1920's give or take, very cute figurine .. love it !! Joy.

    I'd say get a closer look. My first impression was 1970s; the way the hair is done has me thinking this is later rather than earlier, but it all depends on whether that finish is aged to look like it does or was applied that way by some Taiwanese factory.
