    toomanytocount Boredom is a sin.

Hard to say as the components seem to have been modified, the clasp metal closure only connects to the necklace with one ring not two. Could be restrung wood beads, which have a very nice patina, so not new, but how old? :arghh:

Couldn't it have been a double strand and one got lost? From material, length and clasp, I'd think 1970s but could have been a bit earlier.

Agree, the clasp looks original, and one strand is missing. 1960s-70s.

Is this agarwood? I'm not sure how to test it I know the ones with the more resin sink and the ones with less float but I'm not sure of any other tests

I love this kind of wood... it has chatoyance, the cats eye effect.
