Looks like a pastiche of naive painting a la Grandma Moses.

Looks to be "olde tyme" rather than genuinely old. From the Rich Art sticker and its postal code, I would think 1950s.

I don't think there's any reason to expect this to be particularly old. '50s or '60s is probably a good guess. It has its charm. It's a nicely balanced composition. There may be a Grandma Moses influence (that period was when she was making news) but a lot of naive painters use a similar style. I don't think it was done by a professional imitating the idiom; it's not sufficiently slick.

I wonder how far back that canvas board stuff goes?

I'd assume pre-1963 as sticker has 2 digit postal code.

I don't see any postal code? But I wouldn't argue that time period.

Rich Art is still in business, but I don't see any reference to them producing canvas board - only paints and glues.

I found one online comment to the effect that canvas board was first commercially produced in the 1870s.

Apologies. My comment was confusing. I found an image of the same sticker with "NY, 10, NY" at bottom on internet. That sticker would be pre-1963 and my assumption was that sticker above would be an earlier version.

Company history on web site says "founded in 1926... as... manufacturer of professional art products." which could, of course, include canvas board.

You could contact the company to see when this sticker was in use. They might enjoy hearing from you.
