How to describe this piece of glass?

and signed I think... H Schneider...? but look up Schneider glass and all I get is that elegant art glass by Charles S. I don't even know if its fused glass or what, it has an unsual texture. thanks! the little dots on the back are table protectors someone put on there.

 

I believe it's called slump / slumped glass.

I think some refer to it as bent glass too.
