Don’t know, maybe try try to work the term ‘minstrel’ into the title?
Hard to say whether this would’ve been easier to sell a few months ago.

Very well may be but I can't find this character anywhere and this leads me to believe that this was some kind of advertisement piece. I also consulted couple of my watch collector buddies and they think the same.

 

You can't find it because it wasn't produced by the watch maker

I have sold cheap dollar watches to these same sellers that are making them into this type of fake

They do the same on common Big Ben clocks and wall clocks
