Howdy from Texas and a question.

Howdy from Texas. I joined the forum to search for some restoration advice on some
old items I have. I started some time ago with upcycling of some old stuff but necessarily antiques. But I also have a large 1920s steamer trunk wardrobe I recently found in a thrift store where I am looking for some advice on restoration practices. Is this the right forum to ask ans if yes which sub forum
would be best? Thanks

JUST some general info when posting new pictures:

Please click the very TOP IMAGE that says FULL SIZE...which will post ALL of them FULL SIZE for ALL to see! ALSO, in case you need help:
Each image MUST be UNDER 1 MB....
there are instructions on site here on how to reduce the size of your image, if that is the problem......you are allowed up to 8 images per post!!! Here are some links to the instructions:
