I’m new here but old everywhere else

    I am an old lady who lives in Southern Illinois. I love photography and flea markets, yard sales, thrift stores, etc. I am retired and have sole custody of a very spoiled 12 pound dog and a kind of uppity cat. Kids are grown and their only wish is I don’t break a hip doing something stupid.

    Hi Kittie and welcome!

    You may need to correct a mistake on your profile: in your introduction you write that you're an "old lady", but your age is showing as under 70. I haven't studied this scientifically, but I'm fairly certain that you'd need to be at least 90 to use the label "old" in these parts. ;)

    Well, I will be 70 in less than 2 years so it is getting closer. Inside I think I am 35 and still got it going on. All it takes us for me to sit on the floor or out in the yard to remember the good old days of being able to just spring up.
