I bought this today and My guess is its Bohemian

Each glas is 4.9 in tall and the rim is 1.9 in wide

 

I like the colors on these.

There are a few versions of this glass with the unusual stem on Ebay. Most sellers are saying "Czech" or "Bohemian". The set below actually retains its paper label:

Czech and Bohemian are almost synonims.
Bohemia glass is major producer.
My set doesnt have a label, so I am not sure that its Bohemia.
Three glasses from the link are larger, wine glasses, but the work looks the same.

There are a number of different glasses with this stem currently on Ebay. Hard to say if they are all the same maker, but if you use the search words: "glass gold ball stem" on Ebay, and wade through a few non-matches, you'll find several sets. Best of luck!
