    image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg I got this today and I believe it's something you strap over your back. It's pretty cool I think. I don't know the correct term. Where might this have been made and when? Thank you for looking.

    I don't know; it does seem like a "woven back-pack" and has an Asian look to me.

    It's a wicker backpack. It's beautiful. I agree with all_fakes comment that it looks Asian. They were popular in Germany and France in the 1800's but had a different look.
