Featured I don't think really ART, but thought interesting just the same!!

Remember that friend's funeral we went to a couple of weeks ago....DH's friend really.... well, in the line of Norman Rockwell's Art.....a number of years ago that family got the idea to 'copy' one of his paintings in their own way.....THIS is Rockwell's "S.E. Post" Art".....famous, we all know:

And this is what they did with it.....The recently deceased is in the middle, his son, a now retired state trooper, and HIS son the part of the young boy! VERY COOL!!! I couldn't get the wrinkles out of the photo.....it's poster size and normally on a wall in their house....I just thought it was a great thing they did while the Dad/Granddad was alive!!!!

I really like that the boy isn't facing the counter, as in the original...but giving full attention to the officer. It puts a significantly different mood on the entire scene. Perfectly done, an' Thanks!
