i have looked everywhere for this maker, any ideas

    First impression is 1920s/30s Japan.

    Nice decoration to inside of cup, but not exceptional.

    Probably mass produced but sorry, cant identify maker.

    Agree, and maker won't improve the value.
    Although older, value is not that high.
