I need help to find information on this Budapest drawing

    It is an etching, a nice one. Number 13 of a total of 40, which means that 40 prints were made from the same plate.
    I can't read the signature. The date looks like 51? If so, it is 1951.

    It is the view from the castle district in the old town of Buda across the Danube to Pest. On the right in the distance the dome of the most beautiful parliament building in Europe.

    The title 'Budapest IV' may mean it's part of a series.
