It has a crossed sledge hammer and shovel with the letters CBC on it. Can anybody tell me what lock it came from? Screenshot 2024-05-11 at 5.25.37 PM.jpg

A bit blurry. Hubby is upstairs trying to open a bedroom window. 1850 house. He could be awhile. He'll chime in.

Sorry it took so long to get back to you. He thought it was a Union symbol with the crossed spade & hammer. Trying to google it all I got was Soviet Union stuff. Could be mining. That uses a pick & shovel, though.
