I wonder if anyone can help me with identifying an artist?

    Seems to be a mid/late 20th century piece. Found in England but I think possibly not an English artist. Any suggestions would be amazing.

    Looks like it says Roger Pellegrino, but I have no idea who that is.

    Aquitaine Is What It IS! But NEVER BORED!

    Two different levels of trying to enlarge, invert & clean it up......TOP ONE...'very compressed', and the LOWER ONE is 'art & CG', BOTH are at 2X larger......

    personally I think the top one is a bit clearer....it does look like Roger, but the last name might be Pell---then I'm not sure---u-'g' or 'j'-not sure, then 'r', then 'o' ???? Some of these artists DO NOT MAKE IT EASY FOR US!!
