Id 1877 little porcelain figurine

    I'd like to identify this little porcelain figurine,
    dated 1877 ...

    I can not understand the brand because it is rather faded.

    I wonder about his right hand.
    looks like a Gebrüder Heubach piano baby.
    that mark could be an altered Wallendorf.
    I'm a bit suspicious if it isn't an Asian knock-off.

    could fit. I saw it in my books but wasn't sure. so it's Lippelsdorf. today Wagner & Apel.
    P.S.: VEB = VolksEigener Betrieb = people's own company
