ID fabric print artist ?

    This piece is 36 inches wide by 43 inches long and seems to be a dark indigo dye on a semi-rough light khaki fabric.
    NOTE:The weird grain pattern in the first 2 pics that appear in the background of the fabric surface is from the camera lens.
    It could be African,Caribbean,but also seemed to have European touches to it.Any guesses as to who the artist is and what country it comes from ?

    The plant in the jar looks like a rubber plant (Ficus elastica), which is native to SE Asia and some parts of India.
