ID origin of basket

    Hello picked up another basket today but was curious on the origin. Thank you for any info!

    It looks like one of the baskets coming out of Pakistan, made of grass/reed coils stitched with date palm leaves.

    They have been copying Native American designs, which can be confusing. Some differences to watch for in the Pakistani baskets are the materials used, their characteristic braided borders, and the lack of careful finish on the back of their baskets.
