Ideas on age of watercolour

Hi all any opinions appreciated on this painting I have watercolour I believe in a very old frame size seen in scan. Took paper of back to find some info nada! Has ply pieces as backing nailed in and the paper looks quite old

 

Is that a signature in the lower left of the third picture? Is the frame wood?

 

I couldn't find one anywhere is a little faded will have another closer look

 

Here are the close ups tough also bigger picture in frame

 

Appears to be a Scottish croft house.
