Ideas on this tiny ornament pot

    Hi All
    I have a tiny pot like ornament with certain mark.Can anyone help on the identification?I am not sure of its silver nature if any.

    I think it is Portuguese marked pewter??? Estanho Puro 95% translates pewter that is 95 % pure tin. Also SN is the symbol for tin. In many countries pewter markings include symbols, etc... for tin. For instances in Spanish estaño is tin and pewter. The maker is probably the script FD in the middle of the touchmark. Now if Portuguese it could be from Portugal or Brazil

    I agree. The 95% is a dead give away regardless of language or country.
