Identify D&C Canada Doll

    My youngest daughter has had this doll since he was a little girl and we never found out any information about her except for the marking on her lower back says D&C. She calls her Lucy after my moms name and also the actress Lucille Ball since she has like strawberry blonde hair and tightly curled. Any information would be greatly appreciated thank you.
