Featured Identify markings please.

    I'm not 100% but looks like WMF to me.

    If it is WMF the B stands for Britannia and the OX for "oxidized." But whatever is stamped inside the rounded shape doesn't really look like the usual WMF mark. Can you get a focused closeup of that part?

    I'm assuming you mean the marks in the center of this....I blew up the monitor screen as much as I dared...saved & tried to enhance what I saw....two sizes here, one a little bigger than the other, but I'm not seeing the initials you're mentioning....I think I'm seeing a P or D, then W, then what looks like 7 close to a straight upside down M along the edge.....'s all I've got and THAT could be wrong too!!!:rolleyes:

    I don't see anything even close to what you mention above, Aqui. What initials do you think I mentioned? The B is on the left side and the OX is on the right. I do not see any initials inside the rounded top cartouche in the center. Looks like a fat person with a cat on his or her lap. :hilarious:

    probably WMF. B for Brittania metal, OX for oxidized (to give it a better aspect of the details).

    OMG!!!!! I REALLY NEED TO GET A LIFE, @Bakersgma!!!!! I HONESTLY thought you were talking about the round-topped carouche !!!!!! AND wondered how the heck anyone saw what was IN there, but LOOKED anyway!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Gallia by Christofle has the same beehive shape but another animal.
