Identify print and artist name

    I have this ocean picture whose dimensions are 24" x 18" without frame and 27 5/8" x 21 1/2" with frame. I was unable to find what I thought was the artist name S. Gardner, 1960 or S. Garchner, 1960. The midsection felt rough like an art but the back looks like a print. I am confused as to whether it is an art of a print, too. Thank you for the help in identifying this picture and artist name. Rob

    I can't find anything but it the signature just looks like S Gardner to me.
