    Thank you for any help / info on what this is. It's approx 5 -/2 inches long and the top part rotates.

    Are there moving parts? Size? Guessing a kitchen implement, biscuit cutter, something that way. Welcome Retired in Va.

    It has holes on both ends and turns. Pardon me for not being specific as I am checking for a friend and i don't have it in front of me. I'll provide dimensions ASAP I'm thinking it's a kitchen tool but just not sure what kind

    Doughnuts? You need to get a lump of something like Play-Doh, roll it through & see what you get. Probably a member will come along who recognizes it. I'm just playing form/function games.
