Identifying my jug

Hello looking for help identifying this jug I’ve had for about three years normally I don’t collect something like this but this particular piece just told me to take it I’m sure some of you can understand that. It stands 11 inches high from the ground to the top of the gentleman’s hat and the glazing is more beautiful in person than in the photographs , and that’s all I know good luck I’ve been looking for that mark for three years.

 

It's art pottery, so worth looking for someone local to where it was found. There's also a couple of very good mystery studio pottery groups on Facebook.
