Please help me identify Era and value of this piece

I am having trouble deciding if this is a c. 1870 renaissance revival piece or a c.1930 revival piece. Size would help. Can't read mark in your pic. Can you read it?

22 in heighth,23 1/2 in width, 13 1/2 deep

 

Relatively small size indicates a 20th century revival piece.
