Identifying tray/table

Not sure though. It looks to be hand etched, it has a makers mark. I added a photo of it also. The hand made wooden base seems to be the original also. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

    Looking for a coffee service. These tables are getting hot again, especially polished up a bit.

    Could be Moroccan but also made in other countries. Nice tray.

    doesn't touch me as very old. those tea tables were intended for easy transport on camelback.
    the plate looks industrially deep drawn and then etched, not handhammered like the real old ones.
    inheritance from the hippie grandparents ?

    Although these brass tray tables are made throughout North Africa and the Middle East, I think in this case it could be Moroccan.
    These trays and supports are still handmade in Morocco. If you visit the souks of towns like Fez or Meknes, you can see craftsmen engraving and hammering away at the trays.
