I'm looking for information about an African wooden statue. The seller told me that it dates back to the 18th century but I have doubts about it.

Can anyone tell me where this statue was made and possibly how old it is?

    Thank you for any answers.

Interesting piece. It seems to have some real age to it,but I dont know about 18th century. Its obviously a couple ( it took me a few to discern that!) and I dont think that concept was a "thing" with African tribes till later . Ancient tribes were pretty fluid in their marital alliances. Just some thoughts.

i can't believe it's anywhere near that old.
