In China, it is too famous

    Hongshan pig-dragon. Pig-dragon is a modern nickname, it is not known what it was called by the Hongshan people. It is known that it was important, because quite a few were found.
    It is faked a lot, but since Chris' father worked in Mongolia and vicinity around the time excavations were done at the Hongshan site, I think this is a real one. It looks genuine too, at least from what we can see on those dark photos.;)

    Quite fascinating items -- I've never seen sculptures/carvings like these, but some Inuit carvings give me a similar vibe.
