info on ink and watercolour

Hi all i know it's no antique but before I pull frame apart does this style and signature look familiar to anyone watercolour and ink nicely detailed and very poignant in my opinion I like it and for 13 bucks thought it was a good buy especially being original chris

The 2 beams where the towers were was a theme used for the 15 th anniversary , if i remember correctly....

 

pretty sure I've seen some similar pieces from street artists when I've been in N.Y.C.
Are you confident it is an original?

not sure on this one took it out looks like it's been sprayed with a sealer because looks inconsistent the border around makes me think not original. thin paper not hard stock and back is quite distorted which tends me to think original so this one has got me
street artist makes sense to me saw this type in ny myself but not as detailed as this one if it is a print no pixels and the stock it's on really isn't lithograph quality
