INFO & OPINION ON PAINTING

    I found this at a thrift store today. I wasn't sure if I was going to get it - even with the $19.95 price - because it needs to be restretched & a few other things. But when I approached the counter the ladies behind it started saying how nice it was... and I decided to gamble.
    Any thoughts on it?
    Any idea who the artist was? (Looks like P.J. Maurici?)
