Information about this table?

    I was about to give this table away on Freecycle when my wife said that it might be worth a bit.I believe that it was used to display flowers / plants. Any information on this table would be gratefully received.

    20th century plant stand with some nod to the arts and crafts movement. Not terribly valuable and that warped top doesn't help. Kind of thing I often pick up for under $15.00. Sell at retail here in the Midwest for around $30.00 in good condition. Values are regional. You might do better (or worse) where you live.

    Figtree3 What would you do if you weren't afraid?

    It is a plant stand, but reminds me a bit of one that I've used as a telephone stand for years. I still have a land line to supplement the cellphone.

    Very wise, that. If cell masts are out and power is out, then if you've an old fashioned phone, it will still work: it takes its power from the exchange.
