    Painting is Watercolor 9" x 11" I have found only one of her other works so far.

    This one? Since it was posted by The Doss Heritage & Cultural Center, they're the people likely to have more information about the artist. As to yours, appears to be the work of a local artist. Sure to be an appealing subject for someone. Certainly of broader interest than the one below (which has local interest only.)
