I am calling this a basket, but do really know if it is the right term for this item. Wood with a tin inlay with floral design. Measures 16" tall and is 12" wide. Wondering if anybody knows the region this might be from. Thanks

Maybe it had a metal liner and was used as an ice bucket?

Isn't it big for a humidor? I have a treen humidor which is much smaller.
Mind you, for a large family of big smokers....;)

Figtree3 What would you do if you weren't afraid?

That's what I was wondering, too.
