Interesting chain thing -comments please

Hi,I thought this was a interesting thing and it looked to have some age to it. The closest image search I found referred to it as a copy of the special chain that bound mythical Prometheus to a rock on Kazbek mountain.

So it this some fantasy souvenir/home decor/tourist piece that hang in the garden for a few years? Or is it something else? It’s only weakly magnetic and only certain areas. The over length is 65cm. Thank you
