    I guess GIII. Brasses look replaced. I've seen a very similar base on a piece recently but can't recall where, so just interested if anyone has any thoughts. Going to see in person later today. [​IMG]

    I don't think American. Has good age to it. Would think at least first half of the 19th century. Can't really help you beyond that, as it doesn't really match with anything I am familiar with.
