Interesting Teapot With Pseudo Chinese mark

I spotted this little teapot today. The mark is pseudo Chinese but the shape could be Chinese. It certainly has an old feel to it but I’ve not seen this decoration in Chinese teapots and wonder if it could be European.

    Any thoughts ?
