Introducing myself Edwina

    Good day,

    Nice to meet everyone. My name is Edwina, originally for the Caribbean, but I now live in Europe for 20 years.

    For the past year I've become more interested in antiques and hope to get involved in European antiques world. I have joined the Antiquers forum to improve my knowledge and be part of a community that is like minded.

    As I become more passionate about antiques, my aim is to one day become an antiques dealer and no longer have to work a 9 to 5 job.

    Welcome Edwina! You have certainly come to the right place to learn! There are any number of members who have specialized knowledge in a wide variety of fields, as well as those with the most helpful knowledge of all - how and were to search for the particular field of knowledge you are looking for! In this day and age there are so many places to locate knowledge, but you have to be careful that the what you are "learning" is fact, not legend or down right fiction................

    PS - There is an underlying current of humor and amusement on the board, so look at many statements and posts from all directions before "letting them get to you"...................they are probably made in the spirit of fun!!!!!!!!!!!!
