I am the owner of Vartko Collectibles, an etsy shop I created. I sell many items from my own art and handmade items to vintage and antique collectibles.

Welcome to the forums! I am not a reseller but there are lots here with either eBay or etsy stores.

Please take this as friendly advice but you are way too high on your Lincoln Cents you have listed. I am a long time collector of Numismatic items.

Ya..I was pretty much thinking that as well. What do you think the prices should be?

One of the local coin dealers in my city sells bags of 5000 common date, heavily circulated 1909-1958 Lincoln Cents for $250 (5 cents a coin). Smaller bags sell for a bit more, 500 for $40 (8 cents per coin).

Key dates of the series can sell for much more like 1909-S VDB, 1914-D, 1931-S and a few others. I recommend a online price guide like Numismedia or searching eBay sold listings to get an idea of value. Coin pricing depends greatly on the scarcity of the coin and the grade of the coin.

Thank you. I just sold a 1999 Connecticut State quarter with an offset reverse for $75. Its exciting gathering coins and finding errors

New since yesterday, I'm happy to have been told about this forum by a friend. I am Liz Bryman, aka Isabelle Bryman, on the Net since 1995. Two sites: , an online and email forum for costume jewelry collectors, , catalog site for jewelry, accessories and , for replacement and collectors. Now semi-retired in Florida I no longer have a brick-n-mortar store. I'm always seeking something and have a special page for my quests. All are invited to flag me if you find any of it!

Thank you for all the welcomes!

I followed Trish Goodell's example here, dear komokwa, when she mentioned Vartko Collectibles, her Etsy shop. No one objected to it at the time so that signaled to me that it was alright to mention what we do when we introduce ourselves. To compare: If someone in an introductiuon states that he or she is a university professor, naming the university by name, would that also considered to be advertising?

You had a number of links in your post. That crosses the line and was a blatant attempt to direct people to another site for your own purposes. Frankly I thought it was spam when I first read it since it follows the format that most spammers use. If you want to create a want list put in the right subforum that is designed for such things.

Understood. One mention of what we do is acceptable but several are not. I stand corrected.
