Hello,

I've been collecting and studying Northwest Coast and Alaska Native art for going on 20 years now. In terms of collecting, my main focus is on model totem poles and midcentury modern Alaska Native art. Here are a couple of images of some of my collection.

Thank you, that's one of my favourites as well.

MCM Alaska Native art is just that! These silver pins are by Inupiaq artist Ronald Senungetuk, who studied in Denmark and Norway in the 1950s and '60s!

 

Very nice, hubcap. So it is where Alaska meets Danish design. We wouldn't mind seeing some of your jewellery on the jewelry forum.
